Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2026

This policy explains what information VPNJoin processes when you visit the website, manage an account, or use subscription services, why it is used, and how to submit a privacy request. Data required to operate the website is handled separately from activity carried over international routes. A no-logs policy does not mean that account and transaction records are not retained.

Account and Order Information

No email address is needed to create an account; a username and password are sufficient. An email address is not required for registration. Do not include personal information unrelated to the service in your username or support tickets. Passwords are authentication credentials and should not be submitted in support tickets.

To provide subscriptions, verify payments, and process refunds, this service processes account identifiers, selected plans, order amounts, payment status, and related transaction records. Subscription status and cumulative data usage are used to display remaining benefits, calculate usage, and manage subscriptions. When you submit a support ticket, its description and attachments are used to investigate the issue. Before sharing screenshots, conceal passwords, login credentials, and subscription addresses.

Scope of the No-Logs Policy

VPNJoin does not record which websites users access through international routes, or store browsing history, accessed content, or destination address records that could be used to reconstruct browsing activity. VPNJoin does not create or retain long-term connection histories linking accounts to specific browsing activity, and does not use such activity for advertising profiles.

Necessary connection states are processed only for current communications and resource scheduling; they are not retained as ongoing user connection logs. Cumulative data usage is used for billing and is not a list of websites visited. User-submitted issue descriptions and security incident information relating to the website are not route browsing records; they are handled only for their respective purposes.

Site Analytics and Browser Storage

Site analytics help understand page views, referral sources, and button usage to improve content and workflows. Analytics cover the marketing website and its interaction events, not other websites users access through the service. Passwords, subscription addresses, and support ticket content should not be submitted as analytics events.

Cookies and local storage may be used to maintain login status, save language selections, and retain necessary interface preferences. The user panel stores login credentials in local storage, so sessions should not be kept on shared devices. You can clear related information by signing out and using your browser settings. You may then need to log in again, and preferences may reset, but this will not automatically delete your account or orders on the server.

Payments and Information Sharing

Supported payment methods include Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT. Payment confirmation is handled by the relevant third-party payment service or transaction network, whose own privacy rules apply. VPNJoin uses order-linked information and payment results to verify benefits, and does not ask users to provide payment account passwords in website support tickets.

Payment services may independently process information needed to complete transactions. USDT transactions are publicly recorded on the blockchain. Relevant information is shared only as necessary to provide the service, respond to user requests, or meet applicable legal obligations. Account information is not sold for marketing purposes.

Data Retention and Deletion Requests

Account information is retained while account services are provided. Order and refund records are retained for as long as needed to verify transactions, resolve disputes, and meet applicable legal obligations. Support tickets, security incidents, and site analytics are retained only until their purpose has been fulfilled or they are no longer needed; they are not kept indefinitely without a relevant purpose.

Sign in to the user panel and use the support ticket portal to request access, correction, or deletion, and specify the scope of your request. This service must verify account ownership to prevent others from deleting your information. Deletion may affect login, subscription use, and after-sales support. Transaction records that must be retained by law will have their use restricted and will be handled once the reason for retention no longer applies. The cleanup process does not guarantee immediate removal of all backup copies.

Policy Updates and Privacy Requests

Updates to this policy will be posted on this page, and the last-updated month at the top will be revised. Material changes to processing purposes, information covered, or user rights will be announced on the website or in the user panel. Where separate consent is required, a text update alone will not replace it.

If you have questions about data processing or need to submit a privacy request, use the user panel support ticket system. Include only the information needed to verify and handle your request. Subscription benefits, refunds, and usage responsibilities are covered in the Terms of Service.
