Service Scope

VPNJoin offers international route subscriptions for cross-border access, covering 110+ countries and 160+ routes, with support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Available exit locations and connection methods are shown in the user panel. Coverage does not guarantee that any particular website or app will always be available.

The service provides network connectivity, but does not provide accounts, content licenses, or membership benefits for third-party platforms. Use of third-party websites, software, and content remains subject to the applicable platform terms. Get clients and import subscriptions through the user panel, and keep subscription details secure as account credentials.

Account and Subscription Rules

No email address is required to create an account; a username and password are all you need. Keep your login credentials secure and take responsibility for activity on your account. If you notice unusual access or a leak of subscription details, change your password promptly and report it through a support ticket.

There is no limit on the number of devices connected at the same time. This applies to the account holder's own use across different devices and does not permit sharing an account or subscription with others, publishing subscription details, reselling routes, or distributing access. Do not use another person's account or interfere with other users' normal use.

Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date. The price difference for a mid-cycle upgrade is converted into the remaining days. Traffic packages can be used until depleted and never expire. The two billing options have different traffic rules; check your selection before confirming your order and do not apply package rules to monthly subscriptions.

Acceptable Use

You must comply with applicable laws and regulations in your location and in connection with your use of the service, and must not use the service for unlawful purposes. Fraud, unauthorized access to another person's systems, distribution of malicious software, intellectual property infringement, harassment, and unauthorized collection or distribution of other people's information are prohibited.

Do not use automated requests, malicious scanning, or other abusive activity that disrupts the normal operation of routes or related systems. VPNJoin's no-logs policy does not exempt users from their obligation to use the service lawfully, nor does it determine or authorize the legality of any conduct.

Availability and Liability

Connection performance depends on factors such as your local network, device configuration, carrier routing, the status of the destination service, and route maintenance. VPNJoin does not guarantee a particular speed or latency, uninterrupted connectivity, or any outcome relating to a third-party platform's regional checks, account reviews, or content availability.

Maintenance, upstream outages, or events beyond our control may cause temporary interruptions. If an issue occurs, you can help us investigate by providing the time of the issue, the platform in use, and any error message. Do not include your password or complete subscription details in your report. For losses caused by third-party services, the service accepts applicable responsibility to the extent permitted by law. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Fees and Refunds

You may request a full refund for any reason within 60 days of your first payment. To request one, sign in to the user panel and use the support ticket portal to explain your request and provide order details for verification. You do not need to give a reason for the refund.

VPNJoin will verify requests against account and order records and provide an update through the support ticket. Payments are accepted via Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. If additional payment details are needed to process a refund, we will explain this in the ticket. The time it takes for funds to arrive depends on the payment provider; these terms do not guarantee a processing time. Once the refund is complete, the associated paid benefits will end.

Account Termination and Changes to These Terms

In cases of unlawful use, resale or sharing, malicious disruption of systems, or other violations of these terms, VPNJoin may restrict relevant features, suspend connections, or terminate the account as appropriate. If you believe a decision was made in error, you may request a review through a support ticket. Related orders and refund rights remain subject to these terms and applicable law.

When service rules change, VPNJoin will update this page and its last-updated month. Material changes to fees, benefits, or how the service works will be announced in the user panel. Page updates will not retroactively reduce an already confirmed refund commitment. Please review relevant notices. If you do not accept a change, you may stop using the service and ask through a support ticket how any outstanding orders will be handled.
